Jellyjoart Commission Terms of ServiceAcceptance of TermsBy commissioning artwork from Jellyjoart, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.Commission Process1.1. Requests: To request a commission, please provide a detailed description of the artwork you desire, including references, specifications, and any other relevant information. We reserve the right to decline commissions that are outside our scope or violate our content guidelines.1.2. Pricing: The cost of the commission will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. Additional fees may apply for complex or highly detailed requests. All prices are in USD and do not include any applicable taxes.1.3. Payment: Full payment must be made before work on the commission begins. Partial payment plans can be discussed beforehand for commissions of more than $200. We accept payment through Paypal only.1.4. Communication: We will maintain open and timely communication throughout the commission process. It is important to respond promptly to inquiries or requests for feedback to ensure the timely completion of your artwork.Artwork Rights and Usage2.1. Artist Rights: The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The artist may display the artwork in their portfolio or use it for promotional purposes, unless specified otherwise.2.2. Client Rights: As the client, you are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the commissioned artwork. You may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as printing, sharing on social media, or displaying it on personal websites. You may not reproduce or sell the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may not use the artwork, edit the artwork or remove our watermark. You may not use the artwork in NFTs or feed it to an AI.Revisions and Alterations3.1. Minor Revisions: During the commission process, we provide a limited number of minor revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Minor revisions include small changes to details, colors, or minor adjustments. Major changes or extensive revisions may require additional fees.3.2. Approval: Once the artwork is completed and delivered, you have two days to review and request any minor revisions. Failure to provide feedback or request revisions within the specified timeframe will be considered as approval of the artwork.Delivery and Refunds4.1. Delivery: The completed artwork will be delivered in PNG format to the email address provided.4.2. Refunds: Due to the customized nature of the artwork, refunds are generally not available. However, if we are unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued. No refunds for completed commissions.Content GuidelineWe want to create furry art commissions that are enjoyable and appropriate for all audiences. Please adhere to the following guidelines when requesting artwork:5.1. Acceptable Content: We do not create explicit sexual content, violent imagery, or artwork that promotes hate speech, illegal activities, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.5.2. Subject Matter: We create SFW (Safe for Work) furry art that is suitable for all viewers. We do not create explicit adult content, fetish-related artwork, or explicit nudity. If you are uncertain if your subject matter is SFW, contact us to discuss it beforehand.5.3. Characters and Themes: We are happy to draw original characters and create fan art based on non-copyrighted characters. Please provide clear references or descriptions for accurate portrayals.5.4. Offensive or Discriminatory Content: We strictly prohibit artwork that promotes hate speech, offensive or harmful stereotypes, violence, self-harm, or any content that may be considered offensive or derogatory.5.5. Artistic Style and Quality: We will strive to maintain consistency in our artistic style, and our goal is to deliver high-quality artwork that meets industry standards.Legal DisclaimerBy commissioning artwork from Jellyjoart, you acknowledge that the artist is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use, distribution, or reproduction of the commissioned artwork.Amendments and ModificationsWe reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time.
